this is a video ive wanted to make for a while to clear up some of the nuances and places where people can trip up when they dont know exactly what theyre looking for. foods that are generally perceived as nutritious and by most accounts healthy that have either been tainted over the years or were worse than you thought to begin with.
edit so i mixed up the protein content for eggs in the dark chocolate segment. i keep pivoting back and forth between servings and standard 100g sizes so it was bound to happen eventually. fortunately i was in no way trying to make a practical comparison between the two it was just showing numbers on screen for context.
